What You'll Do:

This role blends hands‑on development with cross‑functional collaboration — you'll work on both WPF and legacy WinForms applications, applying clean MVVM/MVC architecture, and partnering with business, technology, and delivery teams to translate technical and functional requirements into maintainable solutions.

Core Technical Skills:

• C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core / Visual Basic — strong proficiency in language and runtime
• WinForms — legacy UI maintenance and modernization
• Multithreading & async programming — task‑based async, UI thread management
• Preferred: AI‑assisted development tools (Copilot, Kiro, or equivalent)

What You Bring:

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while partnering effectively across teams
• Strong communication skills — able to translate technical, functional, and control concepts for mixed audiences
• Experience with Agile delivery, iterative testing, and disciplined documentation
• Background designing/implementing enterprise applications, cloud services, integrations, automation, or ERP‑related platforms
