Job summary

Accylerate, LLC. is seeking a senior .NET Developer to support modernization of an enterprise tolling platform.

You will design, build, and maintain backend services and microservices using .NET Core and C#, collaborating with solution architects, cloud engineers, SQL and API developers, and testers. You will participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contribute to API design and performance optimizations, and integrate with Azure-based services and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with .NET Core and C#.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with SQL Server on Azure VM environments.
• Strong OO programming, design patterns, and best practices.
• CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Agile/Scrum team experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The .NET Developer will support the modernization of an enterprise tolling transaction platform undergoing a partial rewrite using microservices and modularization. The developer will work within an Agile/Scrum team and contribute to the development of backend services and application components using .NET Core and C#. This role collaborates with solution architects, cloud engineers, SQL developers, API developers, and testers.

Reports to the Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with SQL developers to implement efficient data access patterns.
• Contribute to modernization of the tolling platform using microservices and modular architecture.
• Develop new application features and enhance existing functionalities.
• Participate in performance optimization efforts across application layers.
• Integrate with Azure-based components and cloud services.
• Support CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub pipelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver sprint commitments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing applications using .NET Core and C#.
