Job summary

Infosys invites applications for a Technology Consultant 1 in Jersey City, NJ. You will assist in eliciting requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to coding, testing and production support across the SDLC.

You will document processes, troubleshoot live apps, and collaborate with DevOps in CI/CD environments while leveraging AWS services, SSIS, and SQL Server expertise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework including API development and microservices.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments and migration, with exposure to EKS, CloudFront, SQS, Glue, DocumentDB.
• Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document requirements.
• Participate in design discussions to capture software specs and help create process docs.
• Develop and document code for new software applications following design specs.
• Execute test plans, analyze results and report defects to improve software performance.
• Support the integration of new features and ensure smooth transitions in the system.
• Monitor live applications and resolve issues with thorough documentation.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions.
