Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Five (5+) years of experience in a compliance or audit role.
• Technical knowledge and experience with NERC Operations & Planning standards.
• Experience in a regulated electricity entity is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NERC O&P Standards and support risk management.
• Maintain and update compliance policies, programs, and procedures.
• Assist audits, including travel to sites as needed.
• Coordinate with EDFps units to resolve issues and propose improvements.
• Document and track potential violations in auditable records.
