Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a NERC CIP Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead client engagements, connect consulting solutions to client problems, and drive project delivery across North America. You will manage workstreams, engage client sponsors, and coordinate with Guidehouse experts to ensure engagement success.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, US citizenship or residency, strong utilities relationships, and willingness to travel up to 10% with onsite work at Guidehouse or client locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5+) years of overall work experience.
• Strong Utilities industry relationships.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong communications skills, including both written and verbal.
• Strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Highly developed organizational and management skills.

Responsibilities

• NERC CIP SME will lead client management, solution implementation and delivering project results across North America.
• Support or lead sales and growth targets within the Risk, Compliance, Security Team and facilitate business development meetings.
