Panoramic Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technician to operate diagnostic ultrasound equipment, work with patients and physicians, and document findings. The candidate should have a 2-year Allied Health degree and completion of a 1-year Ultrasound Technology program, with at least 2 years of field experience.

Qualifications

• Two-year allied health degree required.
• Completed approved one-year ultrasound technology program.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the field.

Responsabilités

• Performs diagnostic sonographic examinations with ultrasound equipment to locate, evaluate and record data.
• Schedules and coordinates tests, records results, and maintains operation logs.
• Calibrates and maintains equipment; orders supplies when needed.
• Records data and prepares preliminary interpretations of results.
• Explains ultrasound procedures to patients.
