Practice Details:

1. 350+ physicians and advanced practice providers
   • 3 Nephrologists
   • 2 Nephrology APPs
2. Schedule: M-F, 8-5
3. Call: Yes
   • Schedule: 1:4
   • Type: Mostly telephone call at home, occasional in-hospital visits
4. 12,000 annual visits
5. Average patients per day: 20-25

7. EMR: Epic
8. Physician-led, community-owned, 501(c)3 not-for-profit

Teaching & Community:

The Family Medicine Residency offers teaching opportunities for residents and fellows in family practice, obstetrics, and sports medicine.
