Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role in Southern California.

You will deliver comprehensive clinical care to adults and geriatrics with kidney-related conditions, collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; two care centers: Apple Valley and Upland (Apple Valley 2 days/week, Upland 3 days/week).

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner with nephrology-focused clinical experience.
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and care planning skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; ability to communicate with diverse patients.

Join a collaborativehealthcare team as a full-time Nephrology Nurse Practitioner providingspecialized care to adult and geriatric patients across two care locations inSouthern California. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and theopportunity to work closely with patients managing chronic kidney disease andother complex medical conditions.

Work Schedule &Locations

The Nephrology NursePractitioner will provide comprehensive clinical care to patients withkidney-related conditions and complex chronic health needs. Workingcollaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team, you willassess patients, develop and manage treatment plans, monitor clinical progress,and help coordinate appropriate care across settings.

This role is well suited for an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background innephrology, primary care, or internal medicine and a passion for caring foradult and geriatric patient populations.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursingrequired.
• Minimum of 2 years ofrelated Nurse Practitioner experience with a relevant clinical emphasis, or anequivalent combination of education and experience.
• Active Nurse PractitionerBoard Certification.
• Current, unrestrictedCalifornia RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses required.
• Specialty certification or aminimum of 1 year of experience in nephrology required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual communicationskills in English and Spanish.
• Experience in a Primary Careor Internal Medicine setting.
• Experience caring for adultand geriatric patient populations.
