Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a full-time Nephrology Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA-C) to join their Nephrology Department. The role focuses on caring for end stage renal disease patients on dialysis across six units in Clark County, with monthly rounds alongside nephrologists.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call and competitive salary. Candidates with nephrology experience are preferred, but strong primary care or related field experience for 1 year is welcomed.

• The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, compassionate care to medically complex patients.
• Must have a team attitude and a proactive approach to patient health care.
• Prefer experience in nephrology; similar experience in primary care or other fields for 1 year would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Care for end stage renal disease patients on dialysis at various dialysis units in Clark County.
• Collaborate closely with attending nephrologists for monthly hemodialysis rounding.
• Work across 6 dialysis units within a 30-minute driving radius.
