Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Nephrology Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA-C) to join our growing Nephrology Department. The role focuses on care for dialysis patients and coordination with nephrologists across six units in the Clark County area.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call duties, a collegial environment, and strong work-life balance in Southwest Washington. Prior nephrology experience is preferred, but 1 year in similar fields is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA-C with eligibility to practice in Washington.
• Experience in nephrology or primary care preferred.
• Full-time position with Monday–Friday schedule and no on-call.
• Compensation is salary-based and provided in a stated range.

Responsibilities

• Care for end-stage renal disease patients on dialysis across multiple units.
• Collaborate with attending nephrologists for monthly hemodialysis rounds.
• Operate at six dialysis units within a 30-minute radius.
