Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a full-time Nephrology Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA-C) to join our collegial Nephrology Department in Southwest Washington. The role focuses on caring for end-stage renal disease patients on dialysis across multiple units, with monthly nephrologist rounding and a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call.

Experience in nephrology is preferred, but relevant primary care or other field experience for 1 year is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in nephrology preferred; primary care or other fields for 1 year is a plus.
• Must have a team attitude and a proactive approach to patient care.
• Willing to work with end-stage renal disease patients across dialysis units within a 30-minute radius.

Responsibilities

• Care for end stage renal disease patients on dialysis at various dialysis units.
• Collaborate with attending nephrologists for monthly hemodialysis rounding.
• Coordinate care across six dialysis units within Clark County.
