Impact Recruiting Solutions seeks a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner for a multi-specialty outpatient practice in Bronx, NY. Flexible schedule with full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days for part-time) and a competitive salary of $135,000 to $150,000 per year.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Nursing, NY license (board-certified or eligible), and at least 1 year of NP experience. Nephrology experience is a plus but not required; strong collaboration and patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Active New York State license; board-certified or board-eligible.
• At least 1 year of NP experience; nephrology is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and renal function evaluations.
• Assist in diagnosis and management of kidney-related conditions.
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests (blood work, urinalysis, imaging).
• Develop individualized treatment plans with supervising nephrologist.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients on kidney disease management.
• Coordinate care with dialysis centers and other specialists.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and stay current with nephrology advances.
