The position travels to Tampa, Wesley Chapel, and Zephyrhills as needed. Responsibilities include hiring oversight, staff development, quality assurance, and producing management reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Medical Assistant training from an approved technical school.
• Two years of related experience required.
• Maintains current BLS certification and relevant CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA credentials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinical staff operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet workload needs.
• Provide management reports to physicians and administration.
• Collaborate with physicians and admin staff to improve efficiency.
