Job summary

UnityPoint Clinic is seeking a compassionate CMA/LPN/RN to join the Nephrology team on a PRN/as-needed basis in Platteville, WI. The role supports patient care, assists with exams, treatments, and patient education, within scope of licensure.

Ideal candidates hold valid Iowa/Wisconsin licensure as CMA, LPN, or RN, have experience in clinical/outpatient settings, and are familiar with EPIC. This flexible position offers exposure to nephrology care and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed CMA, LPN or RN in the applicable state.
• Clinical/outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience with EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures.
• Room patients, record histories and vitals, document in EHR.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per licensure.
• Educate patients on health, meds, and follow-up care.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
