Job Overview

A full‑time Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA‑C) position in our 6‑physician Nephrology Department at Vancouver Clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, compassionate care to end‑stage renal disease patients on dialysis at various dialysis units within a 30‑minute driving radius.
• Collaborate closely with attending nephrologists for monthly hemodialysis rounding.
• Maintain a proactive, team‑oriented approach to patient health care.
• Adhere to clinic protocols and deliver high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA‑C.
• Experience in nephrology preferred; at least 1 year of experience in primary care or related field acceptable.
• Team attitude and proactive approach to patient health care.
• Valid state credentials and ability to work in Washington.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full‑time, Monday to Friday schedule with no call and flexible scheduling.
• Salary model: $132,752 – $158,919 (subject to change).
