Nephrology Nurse Practitioner

At Vancouver Clinic, a physician‑owned multispecialty clinic in Southwest Washington, we prioritize patient care and a strong work‑life balance. We are seeking a full‑time Advanced Practice Clinician (NP) to join our 6‑physician Nephrology Department. The role involves comprehensive, compassionate care for medically complex patients, with no on‑call duty and a Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities: The primary responsibility is to care for end‑stage renal disease patients on dialysis at various dialysis units in Clark County. The NP will work closely with attending nephrologists for monthly hemodialysis rounding and coordinate care across six dialysis units within a 30‑minute driving radius.
