Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine the health of a patient to help make proper diagnosis and prescribe medication, treatments, and follow-up care as required.
• Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens to treat identified conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to formulate treatment plans and coordinate care.
• Timely record patient encounters in Electronic Health Record.
• Request further medical evaluations and make referrals as necessary.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and accountability across the team.
• Collaborate with department members to provide quality patient care.
• Ensure accurate coding of all patient visits and compliance with privileges/credentialing standards.
