Responsibilities

• Examine the health of a patient to help diagnose conditions and prescribe treatment.
• Prescribe pharmaceuticals and treatment regimens to treat identified conditions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to formulate treatment plans.
• Timely record patient encounters in Electronic Health Record.
• Request further medical evaluations and make referrals as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and privileging/credentialing processes.
