Job summary

Foundation Medical Partners, a physician-led multispecialty medical group affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Health, is seeking a Full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist to join our established nephrology practice in southern New Hampshire, Nashua.

Join a collaborative team of four nephrologists with APRN support, balanced call schedules, a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, and access to advanced dialysis modalities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in nephrology.
• Completion of an accredited nephrology fellowship.
• Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology care with a balanced call schedule.
• Deliver comprehensive kidney care including dialysis modalities.
• Collaborate with APRNs and support staff in a multidisciplinary team.
• Possibly assume Dialysis Medical Director role after two years.

• Established nephrology practice with 4 physicians and APRN support
• Shared 1:6 call schedule
• Office conveniently located on the campus of Southern New Hampshire Medical Center
• Coverage of two hospitals located less than one mile apart, one week per month
• Comprehensive nephrology services include:
• In-center hemodialysis
• Nocturnal dialysis
• Home dialysis therapies
• Peritoneal dialysis
• Acute and chronic kidney disease management
• Two satellite clinic locations within a short drive
• Opportunity to assume a Dialysis Medical Director role after two years
