Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s Nephrology/Hypertension Clinic in Lebanon, NH is seeking a full-time BC/BE Nephrologist to join our practice and provide both inpatient and outpatient patient care.

The position includes coordination of care with community hospitals and potential academic appointments through Geisel School of Medicine, with teaching responsibilities for students and residents. Licensure in NH and VT and DEA registration are required.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s Nephrology/Hypertension Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE Nephrologist to join our practice in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This position is responsible for both inpatient and outpatient direct patient care and the coordination of care for patients at the community hospitals. New Hampshire and Vermont medical license required. The program offers comprehensive nephrology services including the management of acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, hypertension, glomerulonephritis, acute dialysis, chronic dialysis, home dialysis therapies, continuous renal replacement therapy, and renal transplantation. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills and experience coordinating patient care with hospitalists, radiologists, pathologists, and other subspecialists.

Teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows is expected, and the candidate may be eligible for an academic appointment and promotion through the Geisel School of Medicine at a rank commensurate with qualifications. Academic appointments are based upon academic activities, including research or leadership activity with demonstrable regional or national impact.
