Job summary

Foundation Medical Partners, a physician-led multispecialty medical group affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Health, invites a full-time Nephrologist to join four nephrologists and APRNs in southern New Hampshire.

This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, access to advanced dialysis modalities, and a supportive environment with a strong referral network and opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

• MD/DO trained in nephrology with board eligibility or certification.
• Fellowship in nephrology completed at an accredited program.
• Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology care with a collaborative team.
• Manage dialysis modalities including hemodialysis, nocturnal, home dialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Participate in call coverage and pursue future leadership opportunities.
