Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.
  • Board Eligible physicians must obtain Board Certification within the required timeframe established by the applicable specialty board and organizational credentialing requirements.
  • Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with acute and chronic kidney disease.
  • Manage patients with hypertension, electrolyte disorders, glomerular diseases, and other renal conditions.
  • Coordinate inpatient and outpatient nephrology services, including dialysis management as applicable.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care accurately and timely within the electronic medical record.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for clinical excellence.

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is one of Georgia's largest independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical groups. We are seeking a Board Certified Nephrologist to join our collaborative, patient-centered medical group. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional clinical care while working within an integrated healthcare system that emphasizes quality, innovation, and teamwork.
