Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• US internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship completed.
• BE/BC in nephrology; ABIM Pathway E not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide nephrology care including CKD management and dialysis.
• Inpatient consultation and hospital coverage as needed.
• Engage in value-based care initiatives and clinical research.
