The Southeast Permanente Medical Group in Atlanta, GA seeks a Board Certified nephrologist to join a physician‑led, multispecialty practice. You will collaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, and care teams within Kaiser Permanente’s integrated model to deliver evidence‑based kidney care.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating acute and chronic kidney disease, managing hypertension and electrolyte disorders, coordinating inpatient and outpatient services, documenting in

Competenze

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.
• Board Eligible physicians must obtain Board Certification within the required timeframe.
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Georgia.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with acute and chronic kidney disease.
• Manage patients with hypertension, electrolyte disorders, glomerular diseases, and other renal conditions.
• Coordinate inpatient and outpatient nephrology services, including dialysis management as applicable.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and timely within the electronic medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for clinical excellence.
