Job summary

Saint Peter's Healthcare System in New Brunswick, NJ seeks a Neonatology Physician to join our Level IV NICU team on a full-time basis. You will provide primary clinical care for all neonates admitted, attend high-risk deliveries, and consult with obstetric and pediatric teams to optimize outcomes.

Collaborate with board-certified neonatologists and teach residents and fellows while participating in quality improvement initiatives and regional networks.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in Neonatology.
• MD or DO with completion of ACGME/AOA Neonatal Residency.
• NJ medical license with CDS/DEA credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary clinical care for all neonates in the Level IV NICU, with daytime coverage and overnight call.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and cesarean sections; consult with obstetric service and Pediatric ED.
• Collaborate with board-certified neonatologists as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Teach and supervise pediatric residents, neonatal fellows, and mid-level trainees (NNP, PA, PNP).
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and participate in Vermont Oxford Network.

We are seeking a Neonatology Physician to join our Level IV NICU team on a full-time basis in New Brunswick, NJ.

Requirements:

• Board certification or eligibility from the appropriate specialty or subspecialty board
• A Medical degree and the successful completion of ACGME or AOA Residency and Fellowship
