2. Average census of 10-25 patients.
3. 24/7 CRNP coverage.
4. Practice age: 45 years
5. Practice philosophy: Provide the highest quality care to infants by qualified and caring professionals, aiming for the best clinical and developmental outcomes.
6. Call from home.
7. Number in call group: 3.
8. Typical call schedule: A week on call every 3 weeks on average.
9. Average number of calls: 10 per month.
