The role emphasizes teaching, evidence-based practice guidelines, and a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem including PICU/CVICU, ER, and inpatient units.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class neonatal care in a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with a team of neonatologists, NNPs and pediatric subspecialists.
• Participate in resident teaching and share clinical practice guidelines.
• Engage in neonatal ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, iNO and related therapies.
• Contribute to neonatal transport and resuscitation teams.
