Both hospitals are integral parts of the Sunrise Health System, which includes the Sunrise Childrens Hospital with a level IV NICU and our affiliated neonatologists.
Mountain View Hospital
- A 24-bed level III NICU with an average daily census of 24.
- Offers high-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillators), therapeutic hypothermia, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
- Full pediatric subspecialty support, including pediatric surgery.
- The 425-bed hospital serves as a teaching facility and is centrally located in one of Las Vegas's fastest-growing areas, offering teaching and continuous quality improvement (CQI) opportunities.
Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center
- Currently a level II NICU with an average daily census of 5, expanding to a 15-bed level III NICU in Fall 2023.
- Pediatric subspecialty support includes cardiology and surgery.
- The 265-bed facility is situated in Spring Valley, a suburb of Las Vegas.
Work Schedule
