The position offers per diem compensation with opportunities for sign-on benefits and relocation at select locations. Active Texas licensure and board eligibility are required, along with a minimum of one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide NICU care in a 35-bed Level III unit day-to-day.
• Cover average daily census of 23–25 newborns.
• NNP support available 24/7.
• Pediatric Hospitalist sees newborns and coordinates care.
• In-house subspecialists: Cardiology, Nephrology, Peds Surgery, Endocrinology.

• Average daily census of 23-25
• NNP support 24/7
• Pediatric Hospitalist sees newborns
• Peds subspecialties in-house: Cardiology, Nephrology, Peds Surgery, Endocrinolog
• 24hr rounding with out of house call
