Job summary

Valley Children’s Specialty Medical Group in California seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a high‑acuity Level IV NICU team. You will care for the region's most complex newborns with robust subspecialty support and a collaborative culture.

The role offers 236 shifts annually with additional compensation for excess shifts, comprehensive benefits, sign‑on and relocation assistance, CME allowance, and employer‑paid malpractice.

Qualifications

• Board certification or board eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship.
• Eligible for California medical licensure.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Care for complex neonatal patients in a high-acuity Level IV NICU setting.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including pediatric subspecialists and NNPs.
• Provide high-quality neonatal care and contribute to program quality initiatives.
