Job summary

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is recruiting board eligible/certified neonatologists to join a dynamic neonatal care team across Northern California. The role offers exposure to high-acuity, high-volume NICUs within a physician-led health system focused on excellence in patient outcomes.

The opportunity spans Level IV Regional NICUs in Sacramento and Level II/III community NICUs in Roseville, with access to advanced therapies and a regional transport team serving 27 counties.

Qualifications

• Deliver outstanding neonatal care.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in teaching and mentorship.
• Engage in hospital committees and outreach education.
• Help shape and grow a leading neonatal program.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified.
• Neonatology/Pediatric experience preferred.
