Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting with a collaborative team approach.
• Partner with RWCH and Pediatrix colleagues to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Deliver newborn care including rounds, transports oversight, and family-centered communication.
• Participate in a 7-on/7-off schedule and maintain in-house NNP coverage to support care continuity.
