CompHealth, a leading locums staffing provider, helps clinicians find flexible assignments. This opportunity offers 24-hour in-house shifts 3–4 days per month with Level II NICU coverage and occasional well-baby coverage to support pediatricians.

We arrange housing, travel, and comprehensive malpractice coverage, simplifying credentialing so you can focus on patient care. Rates are all-inclusive, ranging from $150 to $250 per hour, with weekly deposits and ongoing coverage potential.

Qualifications

• NICU Level II coverage required.
• Occasional well-baby coverage to support pediatricians.
• Commitment to in-house 24-hour shifts and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level II NICU coverage for assigned shifts.
• Cover 3–4 days per month with 24-hour in-house availability.
• Manage census up to 6 patients (typical 0–1).
