Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our team in Des Moines, IA. The practice spans two hospitals with Level 3 and Level 2 NICUs, offering 24/7 in-house coverage and strong subspecialty support.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Neonatologist for Des Moines, IA.
• Experience with Level 3 NICU and newborn care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 neonatology coverage at MercyOne Medical Center and MercyOne W. Des Moines Medical Center.
• Deliver rounds with NNPs and neonatal team.
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and discharge coordinators to ensure infant care and smooth transitions.
