Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. in partnership with CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join our San Marcos practice in Texas.

You will provide newborn care with support from a national neonatal network in a growing community between Austin and San Antonio. The role includes Level II NICU coverage, participation in high-risk deliveries, and access to Level IV NICU support for complex cases.

Qualifications

• Board certified/board eligible in neonatology.
• Experience with neonatal resuscitation and high-risk deliveries preferred.
• Strong collaboration within a neonatal network and hospital team.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in a Level II NICU.
• Attend high-risk deliveries, C-sections, and newborn resuscitations.
• Provide neonatal consultations and support transfers to higher-level NICUs.
