Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks neonatologists for our Dallas North practice in a thriving Texas metro area. You will join a diverse team of neonatologists, NNPs, PNPs and newborn hospitalists delivering comprehensive neonatal care in Level II–IV NICUs.

The role combines in-house shifts in higher acuity units with call coverage from home, offering opportunities to work with maternal-fetal medicine and subspecialists across a large network.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal care across Level II–IV NICUs.
• Rotate through Level III–IV units with 24/7 in-house coverage by NPs.
• Coordinate care with maternal-fetal medicine and pediatric subspecialists.
• Collaborate with high-risk obstetrics teams and Maternal Fetal Institute.
