Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking neonatology specialists to cover per diem shifts at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas.

The role involves 24 hour inhouse coverage in a Level IV NICU with high-acuity neonates and complex support including ECMO, iNO, and body cooling as needed. Minimum 2 years' Level III NICU experience required; board-certified with active NV license or IMLC eligibility.

Qualifications

• Board-certified with neonatology specialization.
• Minimum 2 years of Level III NICU experience or higher.
• Active NV license or IMLC compact eligibility.
• Willing to commit to per diem; travel coverage provided.
• ECMO experience on shift not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem coverage in Sunrise Hospital NICU.
• Staff 24 hour shifts and ensure high-acuity patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for neonate management.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain patient safety standards.

Per Diem Come Join Our Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center Practice in Las Vegas

• 24 Hour Inhouse Shifts
• Level IV NICU
• 72 Bed; ADC is 60
• Neonatal ECMO, iNO, Frequent Ventilation (Jet and Oscillator) and Body Cooling
• Delivery Room Attendance, Admissions, Level III type Intubated Patients
• High Acuity

• Board Certified
• Minimum of 2 Years Experience in Level III NICU or Above.
• Candidates are NOT required to have ECMO experience (never solo on shift)
• Active NV License or IMLC Compact Eligible
• Available to Offer Ongoing Availability

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $ 150.00 /hour
