Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a per diem Neonatologist to cover a Level III NICU in Torrance, CA. The role features 27-hour in-house shifts in an every-other-day block, with Epic EMR and a need for ongoing availability in a fast-paced practice.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of NICU experience, CA license active, and board certification. Travel and lodging are covered for non-local applicants, and malpractice insurance is provided for the W-2 per diem position.

Qualifications

• Board certification in neonatology is required or strongly preferred.
• Active California medical license is required.
• Ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year neonatology experience.
• Per diem multiple 27-hour in-house shifts in Torrance, CA.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $ 150.00 /hour
