Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns in a Level III NICU.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as indicated.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of neonatal conditions.
• Perform neonatal procedures within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with NNPs, pediatricians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities.
