Join a busy Level IV Neonatology practice providing comprehensive neonatal care in a regional children's hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced neonatal care, including ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and complex pediatric surgeries.
• Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including a top pediatric transport team utilizing various modes of transport.
• Provide care for high-risk deliveries, managing micro-preemies, congenital malformations, and complex cardiac and neurosurgical cases.
• Engage in clinical teaching, mentoring medical students, and participating in faculty activities.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, evidence-based practices, clinical research projects, and guideline development.
