Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a BE/BC Neonatologist to lead care in a Level-II plus NICU, with about 200 admissions annually and a flexible census. Deliver comprehensive neonatal care, collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, support neonatal therapies, and oversee newborn nursery operations.

Job description

Role: BE/BC Neonatologist responsible for providing specialized care in a Level-II plus NICU, managing approximately 200 admissions annually with a flexible census.

Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive neonatal care, collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, support neonatal therapies, and oversee newborn nursery operations covered by pediatric hospitalists. Maintain high-quality patient care while utilizing in-house resources such as neonatal speech therapists, occupational therapists, and lactation consultants.

Qualifications & Skills: Board-certified or eligible in Neonatology, with strong clinical skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience in a similar setting is advantageous.
