Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Per Diem Neonatologist to join their practice at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic Level-III NICU with an average daily census of 9–11 babies, flexible scheduling options for 24-hour shifts, and strong team support.

Qualified candidates must be Board Certified in Neonatology and have an active TX license or IMLC letter. The position includes a competitive compensation package with various benefits for full-time employees and qualified dependents.

Our growing neonatology practice is seeking an experienced, Board Certified clinical neonatologist to expand their practice at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital. This dynamic practice offers:

• 30 bed, Level-III NICU
• Flexible scheduling – option for 24‑hour shifts
• Average daily census of 9–11 babies
• Strong support staff
• Quality improvement programs
• Integrated team of Pediatrix subspecialists including pediatric surgery, pediatric cardiology, MFM, pediatric ophthalmology and developmental pediatrics
• Potential June/July 2026 start

• Board Certification in Neonatology with recent experience required
• Active TX license or active IMLC letter of qualification required
