Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital is seeking a Board‑Certified Neonatologist to expand its NICU team on a per diem basis. The 30-bed Level-III NICU features flexible scheduling with 24-hour shifts and an average census of 9–11 babies daily, supported by a strong staff and integrated subspecialists.

Qualified candidates will hold board certification in neonatology and a Texas license or IMLC qualification, with potential start dates in June/July 2026.

• Board Certification in Neonatology is required.
• Active TX license or IMLC qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal care in a 30-bed Level-III NICU at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital.
• Collaborate with an integrated team of pediatric subspecialists.
• Support quality improvement programs and initiative within the NICU.

Responsibilities

Our growing neonatology practice is seeking an experienced, Board Certified clinical neonatologist to expand their practice at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital.

This dynamic practice offers:

• 30 bed, Level-III NICU
• Flexible scheduling - option for 24-hour shifts
• Average daily census of 9-11 babies
• Strong support staff
• Quality improvement programs
• Integrated team of Pediatrix subspecialists include pediatric surgery, pediatric cardiology, MFM, pediatric ophthalmology and developmental pediatrics
• Potential June/July 2026 start

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Neonatology with recent experience required
• Active TX license or active IMLC letter of qualification required
