Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Evaluates current practices and promotes evidence-based care to achieve patient outcomes.
• Provides ongoing clinical support and supervision; guides plans of care.
• Delivers in-the-moment coaching, effective problem solving and teamwork to maintain safe unit operations.
• Ensures orientation for floats, travelers, registry staff and volunteers.
• Participates in unit huddles, staffing plans and patient flow management.
