Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Special Care Nursery on a part-time night shift.

The RN will provide direct patient care, perform neonatal assessments, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and family education.

Candidates must have Delaware RN license, ASN or BSN, BLS, and NRP within 6 months; 1–2 years NICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN required with Delaware license.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS required; NRP within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive neonatal assessments.
• Delivers direct patient care and plans care on the unit.
• Documents patient conditions, treatments and progress.
• Collaborates with family and multidisciplinary team.
• Adheres to nursing standards and clinical pathways.
• Supports transfer/discharge planning and patient education.
