• Assess physical status of newborns using age-appropriate knowledge.
• Plan, evaluate, and supervise care of all patients assigned.
• Collaborate with other disciplines in patient care.
• Participate in educational programs to improve skills.
• Maintain current Neonatal Resuscitation Certification and apply standards of care.
