Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Neonatal Registered Respiratory Therapist for night shifts at our Fort Worth facility. The role includes patient assessment, planning of care, and administering respiratory therapies under physician orders.

Required are an AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program, CLIAFE compliance for foreign education, and RCP/RRT credentials with BCLS; ACLS/NRP are preferred. Prior Med/Surg/critical care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Respiratory Care Program is required.
• The CLIAFE regulation for foreign education equivalency must be complied with.
• 1 year of Med/Surg or critical care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment and planning of care based on physician orders.
• Review medical records and obtain relevant history from patient or family.
• Evaluate patients using age-appropriate assessment tests.
• Apply care interventions per protocol and safety guidelines.
• Educate patient and family on treatment plans and self-management.
