Job summary

Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Frisco at PGA Parkway is seeking a Neonatal/Maternal Program Manager RN to supervise care for newborns and mothers. You will drive quality assurance activities and help shape policies, training staff, and leading QAPI efforts.

The role requires 5 years NICU RN experience, RN license, and a Bachelor’s in Nursing; a Master’s degree is preferred. This on-site position offers FT days with weekday scheduling and benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license (RN) is required.
• At least 5 years of NICU nursing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neonatal and maternal patient care from admission to discharge.
• Support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities.
• Assist Medical Director with policies, staff training and education.
• Lead QAPI meetings and coordinate program phases: investigation, planning, implementation, testing, education, support and quality management.
• Maintain detailed records including roadmaps, timelines and training tools.
• Assist directors with budget planning, scheduling and meeting planning.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing
