Job summary

Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Frisco is seeking a NICU RN for a part-time role in Frisco, TX. The RN will plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and implement newborn nursing care to meet high standards of safety and quality of care.

The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited RN program, hold a Texas RN license, and obtain NRP within 90 days of employment. BLS certification and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• GN’s will be considered for an internship on a case by case basis.
• RN current in the State of Texas
• NRP required within 90 days of employment
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• The RN plans, directs, organizes, coordinates and implements nursing care for the newborn.
• Delivers safe, quality patient care in alignment with standards and regulations.
