Job summary

Pediatrix is offering a Physician Assistant Neonatal Post-Graduate Training Program in the Rio Grande Valley, TX. This 12-month intensive fellowship provides mentoring, didactic teaching, simulations, skills training, and clinical experiences to sub-specialize in neonatology.

The program includes multiple NICUs and a team of neonatology specialists. Applicants should have NCCPA certification, a master’s degree, and neonatal PA training or relevant ICU experience.

Qualifications

• NCCPA certification is required.
• Minimum of a master’s degree is required.
• Completion of a Neonatal PA training program or equivalent neonatal ICU experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month neonatal fellowship designed to subspecialize in neonatology.
• Engage in team-based care for high-risk newborns with mentorship, didactic teaching, simulations and clinical experiences.
